Please meet Komang and Gedé.

Komang en Gedé are our night guards. They mostly work as a team. They do their rounds regularly, so if you see the light of a torch in the dark garden, you can be sure it is one of them. 

Feel free to ask them for help, e.g. when something needs fixing or the lights in the swimming pool need to be lit. They'll also call Ma Kim for you in case of a problem that needs her attention.

From time to time, you might hear a loud snoring sound in a corner of the grounds - most likely produced by Komang or Gedé taking a little nap.

All hotels and accomodation sites in the area have nightguards. Most of them actually sleep on the grounds, since it is very rare for anything to get stolen, and the area is not dangerous at all. The presence of 'nightguards' however works preventive and is if nothing else is a boost for local employment!
