The estate "Rumah Kita" has three private homes, "Rumah Kita", "Gelebek Baru" and "Wantilan, a teahouse, an office with staff quarters, and two watertowers of which one is accessible. The homes are set in a tranquil environment with much privacy each, in the midst of a lush, tropical garden with banana, mango and coconut trees

All of the homes of Rumah Kita have roofed livingterraces downstairs, living rooms that are of an open construction and, as such, in perfect harmony with nature, following the typical, traditional Balinese style of living.

This spacious style of living, with the garden as a direct extention of the living room, adds considerably to a feeling of one-ness with nature.

Such a style of open construction allows the energy of the surrounding nature to intermix with that of the living quarters where the undisturbed air circulation, caused by the bio-climate of the garden, vaporizes moisture in a natural way and at the same time keeps the temperature of the living quarters at a constant cool level, with the advantage that this makes any need of artificial airconditioning superfluous.

1. Private home "Rumah Kita"

Rumah Kita consists of a ground-level and a first floor. It features a spacious living room, a large bathroom, an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a hugh, romantic terrace overlooking the tropical garden.

Rumah Kita is suitable for maximal four adults.

Gelebek Baru actually consists of two buildings and features a spacious, open living annex dining room, an open bathroom, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a massage room, a romantic upstairs terrace, and a living terrace downstairs.

Gelebek Baru is best suitable for two adults with one or two older children.

3. Private home "Wantilan"

Wantilan consists of two units with each two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both units share an open kitchen, a very spacious living room and a living terrace overlooking the tropical garden. Furthermore it has a romantic tower bedroom with double bed.

Wantilan is suitable for maximal seven persons.
